Well this weekend it the “Big Game” and if you are planning on maybe having just a few folks over, or maybe it’s just you in front of the tv, you can not go wrong with this dip! I am not a huge fan of buffalo wings, but this dip is addictive! Enjoy!
Marys’ Most Requested Buffalo Wing Dip
1 Chicken breast (I roast it in the oven with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder)
2 8oz Packages Cream Cheese Softened
1 Cup of your favorite buffalo wing sauce
1 Cup of your favorite blue cheese dressing
3 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch Green onions
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
After roasting and cooling the chicken breast, shred into bite size pieces and add to mixing bowl. Then add the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, and 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, and about three or four chopped up green onions. Mix well and pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray to prevent stickage. Sprinke remaining shredded cheese over the top, wrap with foil and place in 350 degree oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Note: spray the foil with cooking spray so it doesn’t stick to the cheese on top. After 35 minutes, remove the foil and continue to cook for another 15 minutes until the cheese is all melty and the dip is a bubbling! Remove from oven and garnish with remaining green onions and enjoy with celery, carrots, tortilla chips and crackers!
Enjoy and your welcome!
Mary
